PADI Speciality Courses - Peak Performance Buoyancy

Peak performance buoyancy in this course you will refine the skills you learned as a PADI Open Water Diver and elevate them to the next level. Scuba divers like to be neutrally buoyant (neither sinking or floating) so they can glide effortlessly, use less air, ascend, descend or hover effortlessly. Divers who attain peak buoyancy interact gently with aquatic life whilst minimally affecting their surroundings and stand apart from other divers.
